- Enter the Number: Use that number on the website or app that is asking for SMS verification.
- Receive Your Message: Refresh our website after a short wait, and your message will appear on the page for that number.
2. Is this service really free? Yes, our service is 100% free to use. The service is supported by the advertisements on the website.
3. Do I need to register or provide any personal information? No. We believe in simplicity and privacy. You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information (like your name or real phone number) to use our service.
4. Can I send SMS messages from these numbers? No. Our service is for receiving SMS messages only (inbound). We do not provide any capability to send messages (outbound).
5. How often do you add new phone numbers? We add new numbers regularly and rotate out old ones to keep the service functional. We are always working to expand our pool of available numbers and countries.
Privacy & Safety
1. Are the messages I receive private? ABSOLUTELY NOT. This is the most important thing to understand about our service. All messages sent to our phone numbers are public and can be seen by anyone visiting the website. Do not use our service for any sensitive information.
2. Is it safe to use for services like Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, or my bank? We STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using our numbers for any important, personal, or sensitive accounts. Here’s why:
- Security Risk: Anyone can see your verification code, potentially giving them access to your account.
- Loss of Access: These numbers are temporary. If you lose access to an account, you will not be able to use the same number to regain it.
- Service Bans: Many major services block public virtual numbers, and using one could result in your account being permanently banned.

Troubleshooting
1. I sent a message, but it hasn’t appeared on your site. What should I do? Message delivery can sometimes fail or be delayed. Here are a few things to try:
- Wait and Refresh: Wait a couple of minutes and then refresh the page.
- Try a Different Number: The number you used may be blocked by that specific service or be offline. Please try another number from our list.
- Check the Sender: Some companies actively block virtual numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot control this.

2. How long do the phone numbers remain active? The numbers are temporary and are rotated on a regular basis. A number could be active for a few days or a few weeks. Do not rely on having access to the same number for an extended period.
